Whatever your problem or concern may be, please contact your financial institution.

As our partner, your financial institution will work with us to answer your questions and resolve any issues you may have at an Alliance One affiliated ATM.

If your issue is surcharge related, please make sure you have as much of the following information as possible, as this information helps us pinpoint and identify your transaction during the resolution process (note: most of this should be on your transaction receipt):

  • Transaction date
  • Time of day
  • ATM address/location
  • Surcharging institution name (the owner of the ATM)
  • Transaction amount

It will also be helpful for you to have your card number handy as well as a copy of your receipt to provide to your financial institution.
